If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange. All returned items must be unused and contain the original packing materials. Crutch Buddies will only pay return shipping cost if the items arrived damaged, defective, or if they were shipped in error.
